अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दी संगोष्ठी
हमें आपको सूचित करते हुए अत्यन्त हर्ष हो रहा है कि फ़्रांस की राजधानी पेरिस स्थित राष्ट्रीय प्राच्य भाषा और संस्कृति संस्थान (inalco) में एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दी संगोष्ठी का आयोजन 2016 में होने जा रहा है। इस संगोष्ठी में आपकी उपस्थिति प्रार्थनीय है।
इस संगोष्ठी का आयोजन भारत के विदेश मंत्रालय, फ्रांस के राष्ट्रीय प्राच्य भाषा और संस्कृति संस्थान (inalco), ईरान और भारत विद्या शोध-संस्था (MII, UMR 7528) तथा LABEX से मिले अनुदानों के तहत होगा।
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दी संगोष्ठी के बारे में
हालाँकि अनेक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दी संगोष्ठियाँ दुनिया के विविध विश्वविद्यालयों द्वारा समय-समय पर आयोजित की जाती रही हैं, फिर भी हमें यह कहते हुए गर्व हो रहा है कि पेरिस में होने वाली यह संगोष्ठी कई मायनों में अपने आप में अनूठी है। हिन्दी संगोष्ठियों के इतिहास में संभवतः पहली बार हिन्दी भाषाविज्ञान, हिन्दी-साहित्य तथा हिन्दी भाषाशिक्षण के क्षेत्रों में हो रहे उच्च स्तरीय शोध को इस संगोष्ठी का लक्ष्य बनाया गया है।
यह संगोष्ठी तीन दिन चलेगी तथा तीनों दिन तीन समानान्तार सत्र भी होंगे। ज़ाहिर है कि इससे दुनिया के विश्वविद्यालयों में कार्यरत हिन्दी विद्वान एक साथ बैठकर आपस में विचारों का आदान-प्रदान कर सकेंगे। साथ ही उन्हें हिन्दी भाषाविज्ञान, हिन्दी-साहित्य तथा विदेशी भाषा के रूप में हिन्दी भाषा के शिक्षण के क्षेत्रों में दुनिया के विश्वविद्यालयों में हो रहे शोध से परिचित होने का भी मौक़ा मिलेगा।
संगोष्ठी के लक्ष्य और उद्देश्य
- लेखाजोखा तैयार करना - इस संगोष्ठी का सबसे पहला उद्देश्य है विश्व स्तर पर हिन्दी भाषा-विज्ञान, हिन्दी-साहित्य तथा विदेशी भाषा के रूप में हिन्दी-शिक्षण के क्षेत्र में हो रहे शोध का लेखाजोखा तैयार करना।
- परीक्षण करना - साथ ही इस संगोष्ठी का उद्देश्य है भावी शोध के लिए उभरकर आने वाले नए विषयों की पहचान तथा शोध के भावी नवीन क्षेत्रों का निर्धारण करना।
- प्रोत्साहन देना - इस संगोष्ठी का अगला उद्देश्य है हिन्दी के ऐसे युवा शोधार्थियों (पीएच.डी. तथा अन्य शोधार्थी) का पता लगाना जो अपने शोध के द्वारा हिन्दी-अध्ययन को नए आयाम प्रदान करना चाहते हों। जिन युवा शोधार्थियों के शोध-पत्रों को पूरी समीक्षा के बाद हमारे द्वारा प्रकाशनाधीन ग्रन्थों में सम्मिलित किया जाएगा उनके आंशिक या पूरे खर्चे (पेरिस-यात्रा, आवास और भोजन, आदि) का वहन संगोष्ठी आयोजकों द्वारा भारत सरकार तथा इनाल्को से मिले अनुदान के अन्तर्गत किया जाएगा।
- संपर्क स्थापित करना - इस संगोष्ठी का एक और उद्देश्य है विश्व में फैले हिन्दी शोध-केन्द्रों के बीच संपर्क-सूत्र स्थापित करना तथा शोध और शिक्षण के क्षेत्र में सहयोगी संस्थाओं के बीच समझौते के माध्यम से भावी हिन्दी-शोध की आधारभूमि तैयार करना।

2016 International Conference on Hindi Studies
The International Conference on Hindi Studies (ICHS) will be held in 2016 at the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilisations (inalco) in Paris.
The International Conference on Hindi Studies is sponsored by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (inalco), Mondes Iranien et Indien (MII UMR 7528) and LABEX-EFL (Empirical Foundation of Linguistics).
About ICHS
Although various meetings under the same umbrella term have been hosted by a long list of institutions throughout the world, the Paris Hindi symposium distinguishes itself from the others in that it is totally dedicated to high-quality original research in three fields of Hindi studies: Hindi linguistics, Modern Hindi literature and Hindi language teaching.
The conference will consist of three parallel sessions which will run over three days. It will provide Hindi scholars with ample opportunity to exchange views on and become acquainted with research carried out at different universities around the world on a range of topics in Hindi linguistics, Hindi literature and Hindi teaching.
Aims and objectives of the conference
- Describing: The conference aims to compile an inventory of ongoing worldwide research in the field of Hindi linguistics, Hindi literature and the teaching of Hindi as a foreign language.
- Prospecting: It equally aims to identify emerging themes, developing new points of view as well as identifying major areas of interest for future research.
- Promoting: It aims to single out and support young scholars who are determined to revive Hindi studies. In fact, we intend to support ten young researchers (PhD students, postdocs) whose peer-reviewed articles are selected for publication in one of our volumes. Their participation costs (i.e. transport, accommodation, meals and registration) will be fully borne by the conference organisers.
- Connecting: Furthermore, it aims to establish closer links between different research centres, helping break down barriers between the different disciplines and areas that are to be represented, initiating the foundation for future partnerships, both in research and teaching.
Themes

Theme 1: Hindi linguistics
In addition to the main theme, namely Syntactic, semantic and pragmatic aspects of the complex verbal predicate in Hindi, contributions on any topics in Hindi syntax, semantics, phonology and sociolinguistics etc. will also be considered. The topics in sociolinguistics will include language planning and the three language formula, position of Hindi in India, relationship between Hindi and English and other Indian languages, Hindi and bilingualism, diglossia in Hindi, etc.

Theme 2 : Hindi literature
The general theme of this session, namely Current trends in modern Hindi literature, shall include topics such as Hindi literature and religion, Hindi literature and society, the relation between Hindi literature and other Indian literatures and Hindi literature and the western literatures. However, our aim is to bring together Hindi scholars from India and abroad to discuss not only the dominant aesthetic forms which constitute Hindi modernism and post modernism but also aesthetics of Dalit literature as well as folk aesthetic forms which can be seen in regional (anchlik) Hindi writers like Phanishvar Nath Renu.

Theme 3 : Teaching of Hindi as a foreign language
Topics of discussion will include Hindi teaching in the digitized world, Hindi and internet, digital technology and Hindi teaching materials, new Hindi teaching methods, online Hindi teaching resources, online Hindi dictionaries, Hindi corpora, Hindi learners' dictionaries, etc.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हिन्दी संगोष्ठी के सत्र
- पहला सत्र - हिन्दी भाषाविज्ञान
हिन्दी भाषाविज्ञान के इस सत्र का मूल विषय ‘हिन्दी के संश्लिष्ट क्रियापद के वाक्यीय, अर्थीय तथा व्यवहारात्मक पक्षों की चर्चा’ होगा। लेकिन इसके अलावा हिन्दी भाषा की वाक्यरचना, हिन्दी अर्थविज्ञान, हिन्दी स्वनविज्ञान, हिन्दी का समाजभाषाविज्ञान आदि विषयों पर लिखे गए शोध-पत्र भी स्वीकार किए जाएँगे। समाजभाषाविज्ञान के विषयों में भाषा-नियोजन और हिन्दी, त्रिभाषा सूत्र और हिन्दी, हिन्दी की भारत में स्थिति, हिन्दी का अंग्रेज़ी और दूसरी भारतीय भाषाओं से संबंध, भारत में द्विभाषिकता और हिन्दी, हिन्दी में डायग्लोसिया की स्थिति को लेकर लिखे गए शोध-पत्रों पर भी विचार किया जाएगा।
- दूसरा सत्र - आधुनिक हिन्दी-साहित्य
इस सत्र में हिन्दी-साहित्य और धर्म, हिन्दी-साहित्य और समाज तथा हिन्दी-साहित्य तथा पश्चिमी साहित्य के बीच संबंधों को ध्यान में रखकर आधुनिक हिन्दी-साहित्य की अधुनातन प्रवृत्तियों की विवेचना को लेकर लिखे गए शोध-पत्र स्वीकार किए जाएँगे। इसके अलावा इस सत्र का उद्देश्य हिन्दी-साहित्य में आधुनिकतावाद तथा उत्तर आधुनिकतावाद के सौन्दर्यशास्त्र की ही नहीं बल्कि दलित साहित्य तथा आंचलिक साहित्य के सौन्दर्यशास्त्र की विवेचना करना भी होगा।
- तीसरा सत्र - हिन्दी भाषा का विदेशी भाषा के रूप में शिक्षण
इस सत्र में अंकीकृत (digitized) विश्व में हिन्दी भाषाशिक्षण, इंटरनेट और हिन्दी, अंकीकृत हिन्दी भाषाशिक्षण सामग्री, ऑनलाइन हिन्दी शिक्षण सामग्री, ऑनलाइन हिन्दी शब्दकोश, हिन्दी कॉरपोरा, हिन्दी शिक्षार्थी कोश आदि विषयों पर शोध-पत्र स्वीकार किए जाएँगे।
